Sr. Marketing Manager
SENIOR MARKETING MANAGER
Syntasa are digital behavior experts. Our no-code, low-code, pro-code Data+AI Platform orchestrates cloud-native services and leverages the latest advances in AI and machine learning to gain insights from digital behavior and activate those insights autonomously.
We use our platform to deliver solutions for our clients in the commercial, public sector, and national security sectors. In commercial, we focus primarily on marketing solutions, including CDP, audiences, and personalized recommendations. In the public sector, we analyze digital behavior and conversation within the community to get insights into needs and attitudes, as well as improve the experience of digital services. Our national security clients use us as an enterprise Data and AI/ML platform to deliver many use cases and apps.
We seek a passionate, collaborative, and creative marketer to drive thought leadership, awareness, demand, and adoption. This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, continuous desire to learn, and project and vendor management skills. You'll play a vital role in enhancing our brand's online presence and communication strategies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create compelling social media posts, announcements, blogs, website pages, and emails to engage our audience and expand our reach
- Write creative briefs (including storyboard and deliverable) for vendors working on website pages, social media content, videos, and collateral
- Produce sales enablement materials, including presentations, videos, and marketing documents
- Execute effective organic promotional campaigns across various platforms to improve awareness, demand, and thought leadership
- Maintain the marketing calendar, coordinating activities to ensure a regular cadence
- Own the brand voice and ensure communications use consistent language and messaging
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in executing high-quality marketing activities
- Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn and Twitter/X), SEO principles and best practices to optimize content for search engines, and email marketing tools like MailChimp
- Ability to publish blogs, announcements, website pages and cards using WordPress
- Experience with and desire to learn technical concepts in martech, adtech, customer data, first-party data, and how it relates to big data, data science, and AI/ML.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of self-directed learning, adapting quickly to solve problems, and taking initiative and accountability to get things done.
- Ability to work under deadlines with strong attention to detail and prioritize and balance multiple projects simultaneously
- A collaborative spirit, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, or similar work experience
- Proficient in MS Office, JIRA, Lucidchart
- 6-8 years of relevant work experience
- Ability to work four (4) hours of overlap with US East Coast working hours
