- Drives the Meta Clicks numbers
- Drive relationship and daily working with Meta search partner, working to increase number of online bookable hotels, OTA options etc
- Analyse data to figure out opportunity areas like lower conversion rates, fewer online hotels, seasonality trends, price benchmarking and work with teams to action of these insights
- Plans the budget for spending on performance marketing in line with revenues forecasted
- Build and manage relationships with OTAs to understand their POV and build us as key affiliate for them
- Maintain and develop partnerships with Hotel Chains through high levels of service in order to strengthen the customer relationship around content listing, review generation etc
- Enhance existing partnerships with OTAs, Hotel Chains by providing analytics, insights etc and building us as the GO-TO travel partner for them
- Competitive strategy and our ability to differentiate, right to win and OTA/Hotel influence. Keep tab on market share on a monthly basis.
- Pro-actively identify opportunities to increase the revenue opportunity via Chat/Calls etc
- Assist with sales and marketing activities such as B2B Marketing, Identifying relevant trade shows, events and conferences
- Communicate customer requirements and/or schedules to internal teams in a timely manner to promote efficient response process
