1. Monitor market trends, research consumer markets & competitor activities.

1. Management of all social media channels to make sure they are updated.
2. Ability to keep up with social media trends and craft strategies that are favorable for the brand.
3. Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination & benchmarking.
4. Ability to ideate, conceptualize & execute social media campaigns in collaboration with an agency.
5. Create content calendars and syndication schedules.
6. Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices and then acting on that information.
7. Manage social listening across platforms.
8. Assisting with Social Media Performance Reports.
Content Management
1. Writing, editing & proofreading content for internal & external stakeholders.
2. Formulating a cross-platform content strategy.
3. Provide editorial, creative & technical support to team members
4. Track web analytics to ascertain content engagement levels.
5. Manage content across all platforms, including email & social media.
Media Planning
1. Online media planning and media management - understanding of basic advertising platforms like Facebook, Google
2. Mainline media planning, buying experience
3. Tracking media effectiveness and efficiency
4. Campaign Analysis across platforms
