MBA - Marketing with 12 + years, of which 4 + years of demonstrated experience in Digital Marketing in a B2C environment. Health care industry is highly preferred.

- Should have proven experience in driving performance Digital Marketing channels including Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and Social Media Marketing (SMM) to drive customer acquisition, brand awareness and engagement while managing marketing spend and ROI on a regular basis.

- Experience in managing ATL / BTL initiatives and negotiating skills with external vendors.

- Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns.

- Strong understanding of how all current digital marketing channel function.

- Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices.

- Hands on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics and CRM software.

Job Responsibilities:

- Increase organizational and brand awareness through marketing initiatives.

- To strategize, formulate and execute the Annual - Marketing Plan, Budget, and Marketing Calendar.

- Design and handle Digital and Social Media marketing initiatives/campaigns including:

- Creating and managing SEO, SEM, display advertising, email, and social media marketing campaigns.

- Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Research and implement on-page and off page search engine optimization in order get pages ranked for high volume keywords.

- Search Engine Marketing (SEM): Manage and optimize AdWords campaigns to acquire customers within agreed Cost of Acquisition benchmarks.

- Social Media Marketing (SMM): Basic understanding of social media campaign management to maximize awareness, engagement, or conversions.

- Google AdWords: Track and monitor key metrics for websites, mobile app, social platforms daily.

- Prepare all digital marketing MIS on weekly, fortnightly, and monthly basis.

- Spot digital trends, research and recommend best practices within industry and B2C segment and amongst competitors.

- Plan, design and execute all offline ATL/BTL marketing strategies like media planning, TV interviews, newspaper ads, hoardings etc.

- Measure cost of customer acquisition and ensure compliance with agreed benchmarks.

- Track conversion rates from enquiries to registrations of patients and suggesting initiatives for further improvement.

- Build the digital marketing roadmap for the organization.

- Manage all digital marketing channels (e.g. website, blogs, emails, and social media) to ensure brand consistency.

- Develop specific campaigns to create and maintain high levels of client interaction.

- Oversee all social media accounts.

- Forecast performance trends and act proactively to increase the market segment.

- Monitor competition and analysis, competition handling.

- Stay up to date on the latest social media trends and implement them in marketing campaigns.
