Responsibilities :
- Manage the entire brand orbit consisting of the consumer, creative, design, and agencies for set of 2-4 brands
- Assist in innovating new communication ideas on the basis of market research, consumer insights, and business imperatives.
- Responsible for executing a rolling 12-month marketing calendar for all marketing-led plans and ensuring its execution through agency management and coordination to develop communication in terms of advertisements, promotions etc.
- Liaoning with brand team to create cutting edge marketing communication for portfolio
- Enhancing brand visibility and strengthening brand positioning along with developing strategy, maintaining consistency in communication.
- Successfully implementing marketing campaigns across online and offline media to ensure brand saliency
- Creating and sustaining assets across offline/online platforms for set of brands
- Create relevant content for each brand across multiple digital platforms
- Maintaining a steady volume of conversations about the brand across platforms
Education And Experience :
- 7-9 years of relevant work experience managing entire communication process across traditional and new age mediums
- Having strong creative bent of mind, proven capabilities through award winning work and industry recognition
- Knows how to manage the agencies effectively(creative/media)
- Comes with industry contacts and publisher connections, has worked with vendors across domains
- Experience of working in ambiguity, entrepreneurial in nature
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated, aggressive, open to learning with an extremely positive attitude
