POSITION SUMMARY:

This role is accountable to Develop, Design and implement Business Unit's creative marketing business strategies for all categories and heading the campaigns, events, digital marketing, marketing communications, competition analysis, and PR.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Developing annual campaign theme & calendar for 360-degree marketing - TV, Print, Digital, BTL activations.

2. Creative briefs, establish timelines, direct agencies.

- Creative/Design development and production for ATL, Digital media, Social media, Brand-stores, Exclusive Service Centres, New fixtures, VM elements, promotions and POSM.

3. Responsible for developing and implementing creative marketing strategies along with collaterals that will make an impact, support the brand and drive sales and online/Offline traffic.

4. With the help of market research manage periodic analysis of marketing efforts and campaigns.

5. Preparation of the Quarterly PR plan & Media Activity calendar. Responsible for the PR support and BTL engagements with the Channel Partners.

6. Manage Digital Media presence and campaigns with an effective mix of social media, digital websites and bloggers communities, content marketing, influencer and events.

7. Successfully plan and execute the sponsor events, launch events and Dealer's/Bloggers meet.

8. Developing & implementing brand guidelines and standard work processes to ensure consistency, eliminate errors and increase cross functional team collaboration and efficiency.

9. Facilitate participation in the industry events, Expo, Speaker options for the top leadership.

10. Helping with the Branding activities for our accessories business.

11. Play an active role in the acquisition and sustaining of the New brands.

12. Vendor finalizations for different projects Pan India and overlook daily progress.

DIMENSIONS : - All India Operations for the assigned Business

ESSENTIAL :

1. Education Qualification: PG in Advertising (Marketing) And PR

2. Experience required between 10-20 years from reputed consumer industries; CD, FMCG, Electronics etc.

3. Should be a strategic thinker with an eye for execution detail.

4. ATL experience and media planning and strategy.

5. Ability to collaborate and coordinate across global, regional and local teams in both a service and execution capacity.

6. Highly developed communication and presentation skills across multiple geographies and cultures.

7. In both consumer and B2B marketing is required; majority in consumer segment.
