Senior Manager - Marketing - Fashion Tech Firm

The company is an India & US based AI company that empowers digital marketing & commerce experiences using globally first-of-its-kind AR technologies. We are working with several top digital consumer clients in India empowering their online marketing campaigns and generating strong traction with user generated content for our clients.

The company is looking to hire a Senior Manager in its Marketing team to head its marketing & creativity verticals. The candidate will primarily be based out of Bengaluru office.

Role Responsibilities :

- Social media management & digital marketing implementation for our consumer platform WE.AR

- Manage all online campaigns in collaboration with US marketing agency partner

- Manage PR execution in collaboration with our PR firm

- Develop a network of influencers acting as seed content creators for all our campaigns

- Act as the creative sign-off on all content for consumer campaigns as well as client deliverables for leading digital players

- The candidate will be part of the senior management team reporting to the founders

Requirements :

- Post grad from top-tier school with prior team management experience

- Strong & dynamic 5 yrs+ experience in digital marketing, social media management, advertising or creative production domains; international markets exposure will be a definite advantage

- Passion to work in a startup-up culture

- Excellent interpersonal skills and transparent leadership
