Sr. Marketing Manager - A premium lifestyle electronics start up focusing on the kids segment and having established strong alliances with global brands in the space for a highly differentiated product line and a game changing offering is looking for a Marketing Director to lead various aspects of the Brand, including digital, consumer play, community and influencer marketing and all. Key Responsibilities : - Responsible for leading all marketing & communication initiatives. Build and lead a results-driven growth marketing function. - Lead & guide creative/ digital/ performance/ PR agencies to deliver desired results. - Developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing programs across all digital channels including web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media and display advertising campaigns, in line with brand plans and business priorities. - Build and execute a robust creative, digital, performance, branded content, community and influencer marketing strategy to reach target audiences at scale to drive growth across website and e-commerce platforms at optimum costs. - Build and lead in producing and optimising content for marketing campaigns for customer acquisition, customer experience and brand engagement. - Reviewing and optimising the design and content of all online assets including the company website, e-commerce pages and social media pages. - Implement metrics and reporting of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) for awareness, acquisition, referral and business impact. Mine deeper insights and run A/B and multivariate tests to iterate into new ideas. - Developing PR campaigns and relationships with various industry stakeholders, to ensure brand and product advocacy on relevant forums. - Build and lead best-in-class digital & performance marketing team: training, learning & development, recruitment, management, organization structure and more. - Track emerging technologies/platforms, identify trends and insights and recommend creative ways to hack growth based on insights. The successful applicant will be : - 7 to 10 years with 2+ years leading marketing at early-stage start-up's. - Ideal candidate would have built marketing team from scratch for a start-up and someone who has scaled the marketing function through the growth stage of a D2C brand. - Has a strong understanding and experience of running marketing programs across e-commerce platforms. - Built and managed a team of at least 8-10; is a digital first person with all things digital marketing- performance marketing, content marketing, ads, SEO, branding. - Experience and ability to manage scale (strong knowledge of organized players- Facebook/ Insta/ YT/ Google etc) and affiliate/ influencer platforms as well as experience to build community cohorts. - Must have channel expertise and thought leadership when it comes to organic, performance, product and content marketing and its best practices. - Comfortable working in a fast paced, dynamic and distributed team setups where multi-tasking & prioritising is highly essential. - An analytical approach to solve complex problems with a sharp eye on ROI and creative flair. - Obsessed with metrics such as CAC, ROI, ROAS, CPA, LTV, Cohorts, Retention etc. - Proven experience in optimising landing pages and user funnels. - Solid knowledge of website analytics and CRM tools such as Google Analytics, MixPanel, CleverTap, etc. - Experience in managing kids brands will be a big plus.
