Job Description:
- Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about the company and drive qualified traffic.
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.
- Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
- Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
- Analyse consumer behaviour and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly
- Developing strategies and tactics to boost the company's reputation and drive qualified traffic
- Demonstrated success in positioning and launching differentiated products that meet and exceed business objectives
Job Requirements:
While a strong understanding of the gaming industry is ideal, we treat it as an enabler rather than a filter.
- 10+ years of professional experience
- Heavily conversant with brand building principles and tools/trends to drive mobile users and revenue
- Experienced in scaling digital products using a roadmap via pure marketing. We love people with deep expertise in one channel, and a generalist for others.
- Fully equipped to handle a high DAU product showcasing past experiences in high user bases in gaming, entertainment or big tech.
- Alternatively, have individually managed a category/revenue stream/GMV of significant budget size per month at an e-commerce or an OTT.
- Proven in running large budget marketing campaigns for consumer facing digital brands or games.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
- The ability to influence and work collaboratively with sales, marketing and Product Management in prior roles.
- Develop and evolve market segmentation for each product offering
- Analyse data and channel information and then create plans to improve product line Marketing.
- Create consistent positioning statements, messaging and the associated proof points.
- Create and present information about products and the markets these products serve
- Represent the company at all times and with virtually any audience to explain the customer-led benefits of the product line.
