Senior Manager - Marketing
The ideal candidate will be responsible :
- For developing, managing, executing and analyzing our marketing campaigns.
- Possess strong operational agility and meticulous organizational skills to effectively manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
- Demonstrate a strong business understanding, analytical and conceptual thinking, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Exhibit the ability to translate innovative thinking into actionable strategies.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
Responsibilities:
Business Strategy:
- Play a key role in developing growth and positioning strategies for the brand.
- Lead agencies in a thorough process of category and audience exploration to develop brand architecture, brand pyramid, and positioning strategy.
Audience Development:
- Develop a deep understanding of local and global markets and consumers.
- Utilize consumer insights from various sources (CMI, trends, social media listening, etc.) to devise innovative marketing strategies targeting diverse communities.
- Ensure strategies align with key performance and brand metrics.
Communication Strategy:
- Develop a comprehensive communication strategy using insights from audience and category understanding.
- Lead the execution of the annual communication plan across offline and online channels to effectively promote the diverse product portfolio.
- Ensure communication efforts are tracked and measured against key performance and brand metrics.
Brand Operations:
- Lead brand operations, overseeing a team of 2 brand managers.
- Coordinate the annual marketing calendar planning process, including activity scheduling, budgeting, and communication plan development.
- Ensure timely execution of plans with regular reviews with top management and the board.
- Monitor and report on performance against key performance and brand metrics.
Brand Innovations:
- Identify opportunities for new products and programming ideas.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop concepts, test with CMI, manage legal and commercial aspects, and lead effective launches of innovations.
Qualifications:
- Have 10+ years of experience in brand management and marketing, preferably within consumer/lifestyle sectors.
- Hold an MBA from a reputable institution with a major in marketing.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
