Role & Responsibilities:   - Working closely with leadership teams, develop and deliver on marketing programs for Brands Business Unit  - Focus on relationship building and demand generation campaigns to support targeted growth in key business areas and markets  - Work with creative teams, technology teams and sales leadership in crafting client centric communication  - Coordinate with external and internal stakeholders (vendors, research, web & social, content writers, designers, etc.) to deliver on marketing programs  - Manage branding and communications at events  - Liaise with Group PR and functions; Group Marcom team  Experience:  - Minimum 10-12 years of experience in strategic marketing and communications in an advertising or branding agency  - Demonstrated experience in developing and running integrated marketing and communications programs  - Should have experience managing a small team and external vendors  Soft skills:  - Exceptionally strong communication / presentation skills  - Bring in creativity in thoughts especially on new ways of communicating  - Have a sound understanding of marketing strategy and how it relates to Sales goals  - Highly organized and able to multi-task  - Ability to coordinate and support senior leadership  - Clarity of thought and ability to negotiate ambiguity  - Self-driven and proactive   Qualifications:  Post graduate degree/diploma in marketing from a reputed institution
