We have been retained by a Technology company into Data Center Business to hire a "Senior Manager- Marketing & Brand Positioning" to be based in Mumbai.

Job Description:

Organization Overview: The company provides the full spectrum of highly connected and scalable data center, colocation and interconnection solutions to meet the critical infrastructure needs of enterprises and digital services companies in India, and brings together enterprises, network service, cloud and IT providers to give customers and partners a key connectivity gateway to Europe, the Middle, East, Africa and Asia.

Role Overview:


- We are looking for a skilled and driven marketeer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be a vital member of the India Marketing team and be involved in designing, implementing, and executing marketing programs (with specific emphasis on digital campaigns) to increase awareness of the company, generate qualified leads and accelerate the progression of opportunities in the sales pipeline.


- In this role, you will also have the opportunity to support different aspects of regional marketing (events, marketing operations, budget planning/ tracking etc.) and expand your marketing expertise.

- You will work effectively with various stakeholders- within local and APAC marketing team, cross functional teams such as sales, product, segments strategy etc., and other relevant stakeholder from shareholder organizations.


- You will be open to new challenges in a fast-growing business and ready to take on things outside your comfort zone to broaden your skills and experience.

Core Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & brand Positioning:

- Design and implementation of India marketing strategy aligned to sales targets and APAC region marketing strategy (goals, target, plan, tools) to generate demand and fill the sales pipeline

- Work together with sales and business development to execute targeted Go-To-Market plans

- Provide market intelligence, market updates and industry intel to facilitate India sales team & APAC marketing team with local positioning and decision-making

- Increase awareness of the Digital Conexion brand in local market - generating demand from both within India as well as from across the APAC region and other global regions in which Digital Realty operates

- Help the sales team to position the global Digital Realty platform to Indian enterprises and service providers to serve their expansion needs

Ensure brand consistency:

- You will be responsible for Events, Partner Marketing, Digital Marketing, Inside Sales, Analyst & Media relation and Marketing operation.

Qualifications:

- Expertise and experience in B2B digital marketing, in particular digital marketing

- Ability to deliver campaigns that complement the complete marketing mix

- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics and Ads, marketing automation software (e.g., Marketo), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Pipedrive), and social media management tools, Strong technology skills, (e.g. MS Office and Adobe Suite)

- Experience working in global B2B technology firms an advantage

- Understanding of GDPR requirements and privacy regulations for marketing activities in APAC context

- A track record of delivering successful strategic, global and regional marketing programs with a measurable outcome.
