Position: Senior Manager of Marketing


Department: Marketing


Reports To: Director of Marketing / VP of Marketing / CMO


Job Overview:


We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Manager of Marketing to lead our marketing initiatives across digital and traditional channels. This role requires a blend of creative and analytical skills to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing (SEO, PPC, social media, email, content marketing) while also understanding broader marketing principles applicable across industries.


Key Responsibilities:


a) Strategic Leadership:


- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business goals.


- Lead cross-functional teams (digital, content, creative, analytics) to ensure cohesive brand messaging.


- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.


b) Digital Marketing Focus:


- Oversee digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email, display ads, affiliate marketing).


- Optimize digital customer journeys (website, landing pages, UX/UI, conversion funnels).


- Leverage marketing automation, CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce), and analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4) for data-driven decisions.


- Manage paid media strategy (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic) to maximize ROI.


c) Brand & Content Marketing:


- Drive brand positioning and storytelling across all channels.


- Supervise content strategy (blogs, whitepapers, videos, webinars) for demand generation.


- Ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging across digital and offline touchpoints.


d) Performance & Analytics:


- Define KPIs and track campaign performance using dashboards and reporting tools.


- Conduct A/B testing, attribution modeling, and ROI analysis to refine strategies.


- Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership.


e) Stakeholder & Vendor Management:


- Collaborate with sales, product, and external agencies to align marketing efforts.


- Manage relationships with media partners, influencers, and third-party vendors.


Qualifications & Skills:


- Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.


- Experience: 7+ years in marketing with 3+ years in a leadership role; agency or in-house experience accepted.


- Digital Expertise: Proven success in SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and marketing automation.


- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM platforms.


- Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and project management abilities.


- Industry-Agnostic Mindset: Ability to adapt strategies to B2B, B2C, or hybrid environments.


Preferred Qualifications:


- Certifications in Google Ads, HubSpot, or Digital Marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Blueprint).


- Experience with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) and marketing tech stacks (CDP, CMS, etc.).


- Familiarity with emerging trends (AI in marketing, influencer partnerships, conversational marketing).
