This position is responsible for:
- Conducting detailed research on Real Estate trends, evaluating the competition and assessing client/customer needs & preferences while purchasing commercial space on lease
- Trend Forecasting & Competition Analysis
- Monitors and forecasts marketing and lease sales trends on a continuous basis
- Monitors competitor behavior & activity and create reports on market
- Analyze and communicate market views based on sound primary and secondary research
- Researching on the prevalent rates applicable in the market for different property and give projection on the future market movement
- Research best practices and benchmark with existing data
- Providing the management with all trend analysis and market research output for deciding on Acquisition strategy
- Determines the position of the business in the marketplace by researching their competitors and analyzing their property prices, sales, and marketing methods
- Conducting analysis for identifying and assessing the Company's performance as compared to industry trend and time-to-time feeding the management with the research
