Job Description:

Provides thought leadership for Market Insights initiatives, which may include:

a) Maintaining and improving the quality of the reports,

b) Innovating and updating the techniques and methodologies based and latest market practices as part of the team's continuous improvement initiative,

c) updating the team's roster of tools based on market availability; these ensure that the MlTeam and AGS remains competitive in versus other RPO companies

- Liaises with AGS account leaders/account teams to determine the best types of talent market and competitor intelligence/insights services to deliver across various verticals/regions

- Partners with the account leaders in tracking the use and business impact of Market Insights deliverables

- Coordinates and liaises with internal and external stakeholders in coming up with compelling Market Insights report that showcases the team's expertise

- Ensures the quality of Market Insights deliverables by conducting the final quality reviews on the reports produced by analysts and managers on a regular basis

- Provides guidance in the creation of standard and complex reports delivered by the Market Insights team

- Oversees and manages the performance, delivery, load, and workflow of Market Insights analysts and managers

- Coaches and mentors analysts and managers on different aspects of project management, account management, effective communication, and leadership

- Monitors and facilitates the performance and development of the team members

- Handles escalations from account leaders and relevant stakeholders

- Handles and manages various internal projects and initiatives (from BD teams, regional leaders, etc.) that touches on the Market Insights products and services

- Serves as adjunct analyst to create standard and complex reports when needed

- Handles administrative responsibilities associated with the processes of AGS in terms of team management

Qualifications:

- Degree in Communications Research, Statistics, Economics, HR, or any related course

- Must have at least 15 years relevant experience in market research, market and competitive intelligence, talent intelligence, and/or people analytics, including 10 years' management experience

- Must have knowledge and experience in designing, creating, and executing short- and long- term research projects

- Must have working knowledge and experience with multiple human resource discipline

- Must have experience in data manipulation and transformation, data visualization, storytelling, and transforming data into actionable insights

- Must have an experience or must be familiar in using different qualitative and quantitative research databases and tools

- Must have excellent English communication skills (written & verbal), with strong attention to details to present complex topics in a clear and concise manner; knowledge or fluency in another foreign language would be a plus

- Must have advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

- Must be internet-savvy and can perform advanced Google, Boolean, x-ray search, etc.

- Must have a clear understanding of the processes involved in market research and competitive intelligence

- Must adhere to the ethics of market research and competitive intelligence

- Must be able to foster long-term relationships with stakeholders at various levels

- Must have strong analytical skills and be able to generate actionable prescriptive insights

- Must have a solid experience in managing projects and project timelines

- Must have a solid experience in managing local and/or offshore clients and/or stakeholders

- Must have an experience in handling local and/or offshore teams

- Must have an experience working in a recruitment/RPO and/or market research environment

- Must be able to think strategically, have initiative, and possess strong leadership skills
