Senior Manager - Manufacturing Operational Excellence

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Lead and drive the operational excellence initiatives across the manufacturing units to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality.

- Implement and manage process improvement projects utilizing Six Sigma and Lean methodologies.

- Conduct thorough evaluations and analyses of existing processes to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.

- Develop and deploy strategies for continuous improvement to achieve operational excellence goals.

- Mentor and train employees on Six Sigma and Lean principles to build a culture of continuous improvement.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of process improvements.

- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the progress and impact of operational excellence initiatives.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.

- Drive innovation and best practices in manufacturing processes to maintain competitive advantage.

Qualifications and Skills:

- 14+ years of experience in manufacturing, with a focus on operational excellence and process improvement.

- Certified Black Belt in Six Sigma is a must.

- Strong knowledge of Lean principles and methodologies.

- Proven track record of successfully implementing Six Sigma and Lean projects.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong leadership and team management abilities.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

- Proficiency in project management and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
