Job Description :

- Responsible for sales of Ultra Luxury premium projects, located in Chennai City.

- To retain / acquire new retail HNI & NRI clients in the specified regions/ markets

- High Degree of Business Development Orientation

- Manage HNI Client acquisition by way of campaigns and Lead Generation activities ( Domestic & International)

- Excellent incentive scheme for high performance

Candidate Profile :

- Smart P.G, having 7 to 12 year minimum sales experience in selling high range residential

- Experience in selling Apartments / Flats / Villas in Chennai and Suburbs in reputed Real Estate Company.

- A Self-driven, well groomed, results-oriented professional with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality business & profitability.

- A natural forward planner who critically assesses own performance.

- Mature, credible, and comfortable in dealing with HNI & NRI customers and clients.

- Go-getter in Sales, Self starter in accomplishing the given tasks and Target oriented.

- Mobile and willing to travel extensively both domestically and Internationally ( Currently holding valid passport)

- Available to start immediately

- Must possess excellent presentation and MS Office skills.

- The candidate must be highly energetic, savvy, and professional with proven competencies in learning new products and services, new markets, new verticals and should have made a significant business impact / transformation in the previous assignments.
