The Role:
- The Talent Manager would primarily be accountable for developing and executing Talent Management strategies into Talent identification, development and engagement. The role holder shall also be assisting in Organization Development, Learning & Development and Capability Building Programs.
Tasks & Responsibilities
Talent Management
- Design & implement the Talent Management framework/strategy
- Handle Talent management activities across the complete life cycle
- Identify, assess and develop Talent through structured mechanism
- Design interventions to develop Leadership pipeline
- Accountable for leadership development, succession planning, career architecture, strategic resourcing, and organization design
Learning & Development
- Design Learning & Development strategy for the business
- Create platforms for Learning & Development within the organization
- Initiatives to promote digital learning
- Design and run the L&D Calendar
- Organize L&D interventions through structured methodologies
- Evaluate L&D programmes using robust evaluation mechanisms
The profile
- Experience of around 3 years in designing and implementing development initiatives, learning & development, talent management and succession processes
- Certification in Psychometric assessment would be an added advantage
- Ability to collaborate with HR Business Partners and line leaders
- Experience in a range of talent management and succession interventions with organisations known for their benchmarked practices
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and influencing skills and ability to facilitate decisions making across all levels of business
