Sr. Manager/ Manager (Talent Acquisition - Bulk Hiring)

- Manage and monitor end to end recruitment cycle, starting from sourcing, talent acquisition / pipeline development, on boarding etc.

- Take the complete ownership to create a proactive hiring strategy / model for delivering High Number of new hires every month including ramp ups

- Effectively manage just-in-time hiring as well as managing the talent supply chain and identifying creative ways to ensure Company has access to the best talent in the world to fill current and future openings.

- Identify and empanelment new vendors, Vendor Management & Vendor

- Coordination to Conducted hiring Events across locations in India for Bulk Hiring

- Develop strong relationships with vendors/ partners to create a solid supply funnel.

- Evaluate Vendor performance, contract renewals and terminations, quality, and cost management

- Responsible for managing relationships & evaluating the performance of recruiting program partners including employment advertising, contingent Labour, background screening, job portals, and employer brand / recruitment marketing agencies.

- Ensure to create new sourcing channel through College Connect, NSDC Connect Employment Exchange - Training company/ NGO connects, industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, social media, and employees

- Ability and willingness to work in a flat organizational structure with intensive hands-on value addition in various phases of planning and execution

- Collaborate well across all BUs, act as a Trusted Advisor to hiring managers, team, and leaders

- Act as a consultant to the business and advise them on market trends/competitive talent intelligence through developed expertise and knowledge

- Excellent Program management skills in a fast paced, multi stakeholder environment.

- Ability to work and deliver results effectively and productively in environment of conflicting priorities.

- Lead recruiting programs team that worked closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and employees across India to provide support for all recruiting processes, systems, and tools

- Will be able to understand, and meaningfully represent data, and observation on metrics around demand and Supply of Talent

- Responsible for defining key Talent Acquisition matrices, reporting goals and data analytics to assess recruitment process effectiveness including - Quality, TAT, CPH, and other hiring matrices.

- Designing and driving the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing, and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience.

Qualification And Experience:

i. PG / Graduate with Minimum 10 years of experience in volume / Bulk Hiring Model and most preferably coming from BPO/ Start-Up / Ecommerce /Retail hiring background or similar skill and domain-based people-centric organizations.

ii. Ability to deliver domain or specialization-based quality talent pool

iii. Ability and passion to deliver in a dynamic business environment with speed and accuracy

iv. Strong organizational, analytical, consulting, relationship building and influencing skills with attention to details.

v. Progressive full lifecycle recruiting experience within the staffing industry & Corporate HR from Organizations with history of scaling quickly PAN India

vi. Hands on experience with applicant tracking systems, process, and projects

vii. Result oriented with an open and candid communication style

viii. Quick Learner with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

ix. High on energy, solution oriented and positive attitude

x. Flexibility and resilience in a fast-moving environment

xi. Strong decision-making skills

xii. Should have managed a team, along with being responsible for their overall performance
