Senior Manager/Manager - Supply Chain - FMCG

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Supply Chain Sr Manager/Manager to oversee the supply chain operations for a leading FMCG/Beverages company. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing our overall supply chain strategy in order to maximize efficiency and productivity.

Operational Responsibilities:

- Lead Supply Chain, Procurement, Stores, Inventory, and inbound logistics

- Experience in digital transformation, SAP Re implementation, Reintegration etc.

- Cost optimization/best practices implementation

- Having worked on multiple initiatives like endorsements, traceability, warehousing management, private labelling, brand building,

- Managing inbound transportation and warehousing

- Capacity building and S&OP

- Order and Inventory management, material planning/alignment with sales manufacturing

- Outsourcing

- Risk identification/Mitigation

- Working with auditors, specific consultants etc.

- Demand forecasting,

- Finalizing dispatch plan

- Preparing production plan and ensuring synchronization

- Negotiations with suppliers

- Managing data base of purchases, inventory, suppliers etc.

- MIS Reports as required

Analytical skills:

- Data analysis and modelling techniques to support decision making and assist the management for making recommendation and improvements

- Using data available in the supply chain/warehousing/purchasing system.

- Assist in analysis and decision making

Other:

- Proven track record of successfully leading supply chain improvement initiatives and driving operational excellence.

- Strong leadership and team-building skills

Qualifications:

- MBA preferably with engineering qualification.

- Minimum of 8-13 years of experience in supply chain management.
