Senior Manager/Manager - Strategy - Real Estate

- Prepares and reviews business plans for residential projects

- Monitors P & L and manages cash flows for the project

- Compiles & monitors risks for the projects

- Conducts operational and financial reviews with regional team as per schedule to monitor project implementation in their regions, achievement of AOP targets

- Interacts with regional team for timely and accurate compilation of data needed for scheduled management reviews of AOP targets

- Identifies critical issues and highlights them for management reviews

- Prepares reports/ presentations for management reviews

- Analysis of new projects brought in by the Business Development team

- Facilitate the due diligence of the projects

- Provide clear go or no go for the projects with thorough risk analysis
