- Source SME applications directly and through DSAs, Leads and other channels.
- Ensure the files are processed from login stage to disbursement. Continuously follow up with internal departments (Operations and Credit) for completion.
- Prepare daily sales reports and provide the information to supervisors in a timely manner.
- Engage with existing customers to ensure repeat business and/or referrals.
- Maintain relations with customers directly for sourcing business.
- Achieve the sales targets set by Regional Head on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
- Recruit DSAs for selling SME products based on requirements. Orient the DSAs on Magma products, selling process and internal processes. Provide guidelines, policies to Agents to ensure they comply to Magma processes. Set sales targets for the agents and monitor closely on a weekly/monthly basis.
- Understand challenges of agents and resolve them quickly to ensure the sales process is not impacted.
- Aggressively drive the sales numbers and report to respective Regional/Area Heads on the sales figures on a daily basis.
- Maintain discipline and adherence to processes as per Magma's policies and procedures and reporting as per company designed system.
- Constantly keep abreast on market trends and competitor intelligence.
