Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to sales team members
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.
The Sales individuals will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and a deep understanding of the logistic industry.
Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on the freight forwarding industry
