Manager/Sr. Manager, Rewarding and Employee Administration & Reporting, Middle East & India
Location : Gurgaon
- Lead the Rewards and HR Operations function for Middle East & India region
- Plan, Design and Implement the organization's compensation and benefit programs for all countries in MEI.
- Ensure all C&B programs and practices meet the organization's objectives with regards to internal equity and external market competitiveness broadly including Job evaluation and classification, salary
- Administration, short term and long term incentive plan, sales incentive plans, employee benefits policies (such as health, insurance, motor vehicles, perquisites, expatriate compensation, executive compensation, workers compensation, salary packaging, retirement, pension and superannuation plans).
- Analyse and evaluate external market data as well as internal data about the organization's current employee population and future human resource needs in order to develop salary budgets and forecasts that are consistent with the organization's global reward strategy.
- Manage any strategic projects for e.g., but not limited only to, Mergers and Acquisitions, Divestments etc.
- Lead Process Optimization and efficiencies by adopting standard operating procedures, automating existing processes using internal / external tools, generate reporting using Power BI etc.
- Ensure that the organization complies with all relevant regulations, laws and employment standards are adhered with the minimum standards that are expected in regards to Labour Compliance such as minimum wage, statutory bonuses, POSH filing etc.
- Manage ongoing relationships with external consultants and suppliers (for example, insurance carriers, actuaries, benefit providers) to ensure the organization receives satisfactory standards of service and cost efficiency.
- Administer the annual performance review, bonus pay-outs, pay ranges and salary planning process. Train HR and Line Managers on review guidelines, tools and budget utilization. Ensure effective budget utilization.
- Design, Implement and Administer preparation and distribution of written and verbal information to inform employees of benefits, compensation and personal policies.
- Plan and implement reward and recognition schemes and ensure continuity for the existing processes.
- Training and supporting the HR organization with regards to the C&B programs and practices
- Researching and scrutinizing the general factors like the government policies changes in the tax structure, wage code, EPF related, market conditions & any other regulations released by the government from time to time.
- Ensure that HR Operations are smoothly handled with end to end employee life cycle management. Processes like Exit Process, Letters, employee transaction on PeoplePoint (HRMS) etc
are timely and accurate. Ensure that the Data is managed on the system and on various excels which is up to date and accurate. Timely ad-hoc reporting as needed. Manage and ensure the organization charts are maintained on People Point as well and in files for quick references.
- Ensure execution of the payroll process with proper checks and audits so that there is employee grievances or errors.
- Ensure all global audits and statutory audits are smoothly adhered with no red marks or reporting on the processes. This would include ensuring that the employee files and employee details are regularly updated and accurately maintained.
- Managing and Supporting the internal audit teams in Employee Code of Conduct Investigations and suggest suitable HR actions or take legal advised actions.
- Severance handling in case of exits pertaining to organizational changes and employee recoveries.
- Participate & represent the region in global C&B networks and other project based assignments.
Requirements:
- At least 10 - 12 years of working experience.
- Education - Graduate + MBA (Full time from a reputed college)
- Demonstrated ability to work independently.
- Candidate has operated in a matrix organization.
- Handling of any M&A transaction will be highly beneficial.
- Expertise in office suites specially excel and PowerPoint
