Senior Manager/Manager - Recruitment - Healthcare

- Head the Recruitment Function

- Hands on experience required in managing the recruitment and selection process, driving change in organizational development and staffing.

- Looking for someone from Healthcare industry

- Responsible for Talent acquisition (mostly includes Leadership hiring)

- Streamlined the Recruitment process

- Attract talent through Social Media Hiring and other sources.

- Coordinate the end to end mostly non clinical recruitment and the hiring process including conducting pre screens and coordinating interviews and a job offer management for all levels.

- Provide excellent recruiting and advisory service to HR Business Partners and the Sourcing team to guide high-quality candidates through the selection process.
