Role : Sr.Manager / Manager - Recruitment ( Non BPO) ( Corporate Office) ( Female Candidates Would be Preferred for this Role)
Location : Gurgaon
The incumbent will be leading the hiring initiatives for the Corporate Office. We are looking for an experienced HR professional who will partner closely with the business group and effectively support the business growth by hiring quality resources within the agreed time lines.
Key Responsibilities :
- To define, establish and execute a robust talent acquisition process that meets the growing needs of the business group
- Manage the overall recruitment status for the business with robust reporting & ensure recruitment processes adhere to quality guidelines
- Responsible for building sourcing capability within the team with particular focus on direct sourcing and social media recruiting.
- Responsible for managing campus hiring initiatives for the group.
- Manage relationships with all key stakeholders including senior business leaders.
- Manage vendor relationships for the group as well as build vendor capability.
- Ensure all mandates are effectively closed across all levels as per the plan and within the budgeted cost.
- Accountable for all metrics like on time hires, cost per hire, source mix, offer to joining ratios, D&I as well as quality of hires.
- Responsible for maintaining a robust recruitment MIS, dashboards as well as other adhoc reports.
- Develop the reporting team and build on capabilities and efficiency of the team members.
- Establishing and maintaining high delivery and quality standards within the team to deliver exceptional client service and help brand the company as an employer of choice
- Other responsibilities as so may be assigned from time to time to support specific business needs or peak periods.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Masters Degree / Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource.
- 07-10 years of hands on experience into Recruitment / Talent Acquisition ( Non BPO Hiring)
- Proven track record of recruitment across all levels with special focus on Campus Hiring, Middle and Senior Level Hiring using Social Media.
- Experience in managing stakeholder relationships including Senior Leaders
