Senior Manager/Manager - Record To Report - BFSI - CA

Role & Responsibilities :

- Focus on Management Reporting, Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting.

- Review of all Balance sheet accounts Reconciliations (Cash/Bank, Intercompany, Escheat, Suspense and other Liabilities recons)

- Variance analysis, Online bank tracking, Cash & Escheatment Management reports etc

- MEC activities that includes Standard Journals, Ad-hoc journals (Accruals/Prepaid) Netting validation, variance analysis,

- Ensure timely resolution of all controllable reconciling items.

- Period Reporting and review entire package prior to distribution to Leadership

- Assist in preparation of SOX Control, process flows, strengthen management review control and revisions on regular interval

- Report SOX deficiency, if any and set up meet to walk through the process for mitigation plan

- Facilitate Internal and external audit program

- Prepare Governance deck, take feedback from client on period close performance and make improvements wherever necessary

- Ensure cross training program is done on regular basis, Focus on backup planning

- Carrying out performance reviews and support in development plan of the team. Monthly One-o-One, Team huddle on daily basis, ensuring that all the members comply with Companies norms

- Launch and management of various improvement initiatives at large scale, perform other activities as required/assigned by Leaders

Qualification Required:

Graduate/Post Graduate in Commerce or CA
