- Ensuring that the product or service an organization provides is fit for purpose and meets both external and internal requirements, including legal compliance and customer expectations

Key Responsibilities :

- Promoting quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization

- Assessing the product specifications of the company and its suppliers.

- Coordination with procurement & production staff to establish quality requirements from external suppliers

- Ensuring compliance in labs as per national and international standards & legislation.

- Regular updates from production and procurement team for the quality inspections at various levels

- Vendor Assessment on the basis of quality standards for both existing as well as prospective new vendors

- Training on quality standards to different functions such as sales-force etc.

- Conducting periodic audit across vendors base to assess adherence to quality standards

- Greige fabric procured

- Printed fabric procured

- Accessories procured

- Finished goods fabricated

- Number of quality related customer complaints received

- % achievement of quality training plan

- % attrition in quality department
