Senior Manager/Manager - Production/Sourcing - FMCD

Salary offered: 12 - 15 LPA

- Responsible for End to End Production Execution, Reverse Engineering, Innovation, New Product Development provide flawless support in terms of Sourcing

- To plan, organize coordinate, control full gamut of Production activities

- To establish and implement short & long term business goals for business in consultation with V.P Marketing, make business plan & strategy and ensure implementation of same

- To provide apex level focus on product quality, customer satisfaction & people development

- To constantly review the business goal achievement in terms of production delivery, capacity utilization, revenue & Profit. Provide support to all manufacturing teams and manage efficient integration of work flow

- To initiate New Product Development Idea Generation & Concept Development

- To lead the team for design and Engineering and generate new product concepts

- Ensure the availability of best possible resources in stipulated time frame

- To provide input to management for best available raw material in market at competitive price

Qualification, Experience & Skill Sets:

1. B.E with Experience of 8 Plus years & strong exposure of product Management & Sourcing of resources. Must have an experience of any new product development.

2. Should have 04 - 09 years of similar Industry Experience with a FMCD company as sourcing / Product specialist.

3. Strong leadership skills, business acumen & customer orientation.

4. Financial analytical skills & ability to envision and strategize business.

5. Complete technical & operational knowledge of running operations .

6. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills are essential.

7. Excellent managerial and leadership skills

8. Good communication & negotiation skills

9. Good interpersonal skills & relationship building skills
