Key Job responsibilities
- Plan and Execute the required marketing interventions to drive market share growth
- Identifying opportunity area & making strategy to address the same in close coordination with Sales and Product Strategy teams
- Driving NPI and promotions and tracking the performance of new product. This includes Sales pitch development w.r.t competition models and Training content development and execution
- End to end Coordination of all activities pertaining to NPIs - CVP sign off, FAB, Fert code development, STA and Pricing.
- Value Selling and Establishing the respective product segment as Premium product in the market.
- Conceptualising and Executing sharp and effective Marketing campaigns in collaboration with Sales teams, Brand Teams and Plant teams.
- Design & prepare sales support model wise schemes - AMC Offers, Resale Benefits. To identify and interact with industry influencers, super structure manufacturers and related suppliers to develop deep knowledge on the segments to improve penetration and build sales volumes
- Work out a product plan including all activities related to pre-launch, launch & Post launch.
- Monitor competition activity and design appropriate strategy
