Role: Manager / Sr. Manager - Product Management, Partner Innovation and Mobile

Location: Gurgaon

Role Details - 

1) Constantly evaluate business requirements and prioritize requirements for maximum ROI 

2) Conceptualize and build innovative Financial Products for Sellers on Partner Platforms across multiple industries. Most of the products are being developed for the first time in India 

3) Collaborate and deeply entrench on common product management goals for 100x growth every quarter 

4) Digitize the entire financial products process by using innovative methodologies 

5) Lead the entire customer journey (B2B customers) 

6) Use top of the line technologies and frameworks in AI, Block chain, Bots and Personalization to create a killer product 

7) Build user centric designs, flows and get the product live in a cross functional environment 

8) Translate product strategy into clear product requirements and get them implemented with the technology team 

9) Analytics - Hands-on experience with A/B testing and GA. Knowledge of Tune/- .. or other similar tools will be great

Experience and Education Requirements - 

1) Mobile product management is mandatory

2) Overall experience of 3-5 yrs

3) At least 2+ yrs of pure platform Product Management experience in ecommerce / Technology/ Banking industry

4) Must have worked on building large platforms like Credit Platforms, Banking or Card Technology Platform, ecommerce Order Management System or Merchant Onboarding Platform

5) Experience in financial industry will be a plus

6) Post-graduation will be a plus

7) Must understand various technologies

8) Good communication and story-telling skills

Salary Budget - 15-20 LPA (Nego)
