Job description
a) Assist the Head of HR in Performance Management System (PMS) administration.
(b) Assist the Head of HR in goal setting of the organization and individual employees.
(c) Administrate performance across the organization.
(d) Collate and prepare rating and PMS data for management review and presentation.
(e) Coordinate with total reward team and support in issues or revised Compensation letter Support the implementation of performance management , processes, and tools.
f) Support and maintain high potential career development program processes, procedures, tools, and guidelines/framework. Contribute to driving PMS-related activities
g) Provide ongoing support to ensure that performance management systems are being used to effectively manage operations work processes
h) Support in conducting Assessment Centers for senior management level promotions/development Coordinate work closely with appropriate stakeholders to drive PMS ,Drive PMS timely effectively
i) Effectively support all PMS-related activities, Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
