Senior Manager/Manager - Pharma Analytics hands-on SAS modeling experience with large MNC Client

Mandatory Skills : -

- 5+ years- experience as a Program Lead/Manager delivering multiple projects successfully

- Must have 3-5 years of hands on exp. in one or more tools like SAS, SQL, R

- SAS modeling, well versed with statistical concepts

- Exposure in application of analytical methods in real-life projects

- ~5 years of relevant domain experience in Life-sciences/Pharmaceutical domain

- Advanced expertise with MS excel, MS PPT

- Experience of leading large teams (>15) to provide analytical solution for US based pharma clients

- Exposure to diverse pharma datasets like IMS PlanTrak, IMS NPA, IMS NPS, IMS LRx, IMS DDD, IMS HCOS, Fingertip Formulary, SHS Source Payer, EMR and EMR data, Internal call plan & financial data

 Qualification : BE/MCA/B.Sc/M.Sc Computers/MBA/MPharm

 Shift Timings: 11:00 - 19:30

- Recruit, Mentor, Coach and Guide teams to implement & deliver complex projects in the Lifesciences/ Pharmaceutical domain.

- Familiarity with the development or maintenance of systems and processes to manage sales and marketing operations such as: Territory Alignment, Sales Call Planning, Sales Reporting, Business Intelligence, Patient Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Payer Analytics

- Understanding of the Lifesciences/ Pharmaceutical data

- Ability to think in advance about potential risks and mitigation plans

- Able to think analytically, use a systematic and logical approach to analyze data, problems, and situations. Must be able to guide team members in analysis.

- Manage client relationship and client expectations independently. Should be able to deliver results back to the Client independently. Should have excellent communication skills

- Manage an analytics COE with a large onsite-offshore team

- Team handling role (Y/N): Yes

- Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders, client partners, sales, consulting teams and internal leadership

- Experience of leading end to end implementation of reporting projects

- Ability to engage with client by building and providing engagement status updates, risk mitigation plans, RCAs, program initiatives and negotiate to build consensus where views are divergent

- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
