About our client :

Our client is a multi-billion dollar organization and one of the largest global players in the auto sector. They have been growing aggressively in the India market and are currently looking to hire a lead for Organization transformation based out of their corporate office in Delhi NCR.

Job Description :

Reporting into the CHRO, your responsibilities will include :

- Working closely with the CHRO and other members of the Leadership Team, you will be accountable for the successful development and delivery of transformation programmes to ensure achievement of the organisation's strategic aims.

- Lead on development and delivery of a comprehensive internal and external Transformation Programme, including service, infrastructure and organisational reconfiguration, and lead the delivery of major re-design programmes.

- Provide Executive level expertise in service transformation and business change and be responsible for pan organization projects, overall programme alignment and supporting the design and delivery of projects whilst taking inputs from the Executive leadership

- You will also liaise actively with organization's IT function, ensuring that technology is a key enabler of both organizational improvement and service transformation. Placing a particular value in the ways in which the organization can fast track on the digitization and automation front

- You will have the responsibility for leading the implementation of the organization's Interim Operating Model, alongside the development of the their Target Operating Model

- The post holder will work with colleagues across the organization to build functionality and capability within the organization to enable transformation and by changing expectations will deliver change which will become integral to how the organization operates, in order to ensure an enduring culture of change and innovation

- Supports development of clear case for change, desired outcomes, accurate scope, clear roles and decision-making

- Ensure organizational alignment in the design and execution of initiative efforts

The Successful Applicant :

- You must have in depth expertise and understanding of Organization design, Culture change, Change management and Organization transformation in COE roles, with good exposure to Management Consulting roles

- Must have strong business acumen and a real curiosity about strategic thinking

- You will come with 7 -12 years of strong experience with Management consulting companies

- MBA from Tier 1 B-school preferred
