Looking for a Sr Manager - OD for a leading MNC Media firm based out of Mumbai. The incumbent should posses 5-8 years of total work experience in core Organization development function,

- Should have hands on experience in competency mapping, corporate learning, organization design and Learning & Development.

- Responsible for developing and implementing programs that align workforce with key business strategies and initiatives.

- Create and implement programs at work that connect employees with business goals.

- Consult with management and other leadership to identify business processes.

- Collaborate with the business partners to identify training needs and translate into learning requirements.

- Identify and evaluate business initiatives to ascertain appropriate appropriate programs that meet company goals.

- Identify data collection tools, data sources, benchmarks, and performance targets.

- Implement organizational effectiveness interventions.

- Create competency models
