You'l be responsible for the direct relationship with the client while also managing Delivery Managers; analyzes the client's business situation and, as a result, implements the RIS Concept and continually improves the service provided through the Delivery Managers and Account teams. Manage and improve market share within existing clients. Supervise and manage all aspects of the Account, including but not limited to the Site Managers and Account teams.
Position Accountabilities
- Grow the use of our services within an assign account base - must have a desire to increase our market share within a defined territory.
- Delivering and presenting detailed and accurate initial client Workforce Impact Analyses
- Ensuring the full scope of potential clients- operations and circumstances are understood prior to closing the sale
- Designing and proactively implementing solutions and processes which enhance the productivity and business plan of the client
- Communicate effectively and operate in a successful team environment with the Account Managers, clients, and AVPs
- Maintaining an active role in the delivery of best practices while keeping continuous vigilance on account activities via an effective - web of influence-
- Direct supervision of the Delivery Managers and account teams
- Recruiting, managing, and development of internal staff within territory
- Monitor and control cost - full P&L management experience required
- Achieve budget profitability
Qualification, Experience & Skill Sets:
1. 12 +years relevant work experience within Staffing Industry
2. Demonstrates the ability to effectively analyze clients needs and work in partnership to achieve common goals
3. Demonstrated a proven track record in providing efficient and profitable customer service.
4. Demonstrates experience of determining goals and priorities and indicates the actual means to achieve them.
5. Demonstrates the ability to communicate with clarity and authority in all situations.
6. Demonstrates the ability to identify problems, recognizing important information, making links & finding causes.
7. Demonstrates the ability to manage local teams
8. Demonstrates the capability of considering broader issues while leading to clear decisions
