Job Title Manager - Marketing / Sr Manager Marketing

Expected Qualification Details- Mba From Premier Institutes / Tier 1 Institutes
Expected Overall Years Of Experience 3-5 Years Of Hands-On Experience In A Similar Marketing + Communication Role With A Track Record Of Achieving Demonstrable Results
(Media and non-media background-organisation dealing in B2C products/services)
(Prior Experience in launches will be added advantage)
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: ( Specifies Key Result Areas for the Incumbent )
The role would be directly responsible for marketing of brand Fever and Radio Nasha in across North and East stations (9 stations) through mass, below the line and corporate communications in new markets - both in terms of developing short term and long term strategy as well as day-to-day execution of the strategy
- Drive product, brand and revenue programs basis calendar
- Sharply drive the brand agenda with consumers and advertisers
- Focus on processes and analytics that enable efficiencies and improvement in marketing
ROI
- Strong focus on business levers and marketing driving business agenda
- Drive consumer research and communication plan development across Fever and Radio Nasha stations
- Implement, optimize and track the communication launch plan
- Owns marketing programs and campaigns - ATL, BTL, PR, and internal communication
- Work closely with key stakeholders to drive the station marketing calendar
- Product marketing - Provide a distinct identity to Fever's product - shows in particular
- Proficient in corporate communications - internal and external
- Shows evidence of leadership skills and demonstrates the strong analytical capability
- Understands business strategy & link to Fever's objectives
- An emerging leader who is influential within their organization
- Engages across their organization to ensure solutions address E2E issues/opportunities
- Adopts learning & best practices. Makes their learning explicit & shares with other team members
