Senior Manager/Manager - Machine Learning Operations - Omnichannel - Pharma

Key requirements :

- Knowledge of SQL/Python

- Knowledge of pharma datasets is a plus but not mandatory

- Strong communication and project management skills

- Understanding of data science concepts (don't need to be an expert but need to have some knowledge of it - maybe looking for completion of data science courses would be a good criterion to check)

- People manager skill

Years of experience : 10+ years

Core Responsibilities :

- As part of Omnichannel Data Transformation team, lead ML Ops engineers and Omni data engineers & work with various stakeholders to structure, deploy and refine Omnichannel Data Transformation work across Enhancements, Configuration and ML Ops work streams.

- Provide thought leadership on data transformation across omnichannel execution teams.
