Job Position : Sr./ Manager (Liaisoning)

Department : Liaisoning

Desired Qualification : Graduation + Post Graduation (LLB Preferred)

Experience : 8 to 10 years

Job Location : Vapi, Gujarat

Job Brief :


- A vital role in facilitating effective communication and collaboration between our organization and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities :

Stakeholder Engagement :


- Identify and establish strong relationships with key external stakeholders, including government officials, industry partners, clients, suppliers, and community representatives.

Government and Regulatory Affairs :


- Keep abreast of all relevant laws, regulations, and policies that impact the company's operations and projects. Proactively engage with government agencies and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and obtain necessary permits and licenses.

Business Development Support :


- Collaborate with the business development team to identify potential opportunities and partnerships. Act as the point of contact for potential clients and partners during the initial stages of collaboration.

Project Coordination :


- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. Coordinate with various departments, such as legal, finance, operations, and marketing, to address project-related requirements and challenges.

Crisis Management :


- Act as a mediator in case of any disputes or conflicts between the company and external parties. Employ effective conflict resolution techniques to protect the company's interests while maintaining positive relationships.

Public Relations :


- Represent the company in public events, conferences, and seminars. Proactively engage in networking to enhance the company's reputation and brand image.

Communication Facilitation :


- Facilitate effective communication between the company and external stakeholders. Relay important information, updates, and feedback to relevant internal teams for appropriate action.

Market Intelligence :


- Gather and analyze relevant market intelligence and competitive insights. Provide valuable feedback to the management team for informed decision- making.

Compliance Monitoring :


- Monitor and ensure adherence to relevant industry standards, regulations, and guidelines. Implement necessary processes to maintain compliance across the organization.

Reporting and Documentation :


- Maintain detailed records of interactions with external parties, regulatory authorities, and stakeholders. Prepare regular reports and updates for the management team.

Requirement & Skills :

- Graduation & Post Graduate (LLB Preferred).

- Expertise with Govt Officers and Qurei Govt agencies.

- Excellent Communication Skills.

- Must know Gujarati Language.
