- Ensuring consistent employee experience during each step in the employee lifecycle from hiring to exit
- Business partnering for key organization wide business transformation projects
- Creation of Competency Based Learning Maps for identified businesses in conjunction with Business Heads
- Leading the key Hi Po development program and ensuring delivery of strategic organization wide projects through this group, ensuring continuous engagement with the group
- Leading the implementation of e-learning and propagating a self-learning culture through innovative in house campaigns
