Sr. Manager/Manager - KEY ACCOUNT (IT - Service & Consulting/Telecom)

You will be responsible for driving revenue, develop and implement effective strategic plans, increasing market share and building and maintaining key relationships & coordinating with internal teams to deliver on client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Following up on leads and winning new clients.

- Developing and implementing strategic plans to manage and grow accounts.

- Retaining clients and building strong, trusting relationships.

- Understanding client needs and identifying new business opportunities within your portfolio.

- Providing superior customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.

- Communicating and coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions.

- Identifying opportunities for improvement and proposing new tools and processes.

- Supporting sales teams to improve their performance and reach targets.

- Developing and maintaining excellent knowledge and understanding of our business, offerings, competitors, and industry

Qualification And Experience:

1. BE or MBA or related field experience with 7-12 Years in business development, sales, or account management within a IT Service & Consulting or Telecom or US Staffing Industry

2. Experience managing large account portfolios.

3. Strong customer service and project management skills.

4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

6. Highly organized and solution oriented.

7. Detail-oriented and able to prioritize.

8. Self-starter and able to work efficiently under pressure.
