Sr. Manager/ Manager - International Sales & Marketing (Agrico Organics)

- Designing and executing the appropriate Sales & Marketing strategies for the Company.

- Development the new markets in line with the company's ambitions

- Achieving budgetary targets

- Ensuring the regular and relevant communication with potential clients.

- Interact with the foreign clients, search new markets and select product for registration

- To conclude the business deals with foreign clients and take quick action for commercialization

- Co ordinate with Regulatory Affairs for samples / document deficiency and future planning.

- To collect documents associated with any shipment for further preparation of export documents.

- To fulfil document requirement of CHA and timely movement of export consignment.

- Having thorough knowledge of necessary registration procedures for export

- Travelling-Demands international travel whenever required

Qualification And Experience:

1. B.Sc/M.Sc. in Agriculture with 5 to 15 years of experience in international agrochemicals sales.Sound knowledge of agrochemicals. Able to generate Export orders on agrochemicals independently

2. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple activities and priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced, client-focused environment

3. Exceptional writing ability with strong attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing

4. Strong organizational, interpersonal and managerial skills

5. Ability to apply in-depth professional-level knowledge to independently solve a full range of complex problems

6. Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
