Job Title: Sr Manager / Manager.

Department: Information Technology.

Location: Indore.

Number of Positions: 2.

Job Objective.

- To support HMIS modules according to need of the organization.

- To test & implement other business applications (desktop and mobile) according to need of the organization.

Qualifications / Skills:

- Degree preferably in computer science or related field.

- Min 5 to 8 years of experience in Development and Support of IT systems.

- Strong experience of working on HIS from iSoft/DXC Hospital.

- Hands on experience of managing & supporting Billing, Inventory and Pharmacy systems.

- Skilled at writing complex SQL queries using Oracle or SQL server databases.

- Good to have skills.

- Prior experience of supporting EMR application.

- Prior experience of supporting LIS systems.

Job Responsibility.

- Responsible for the support and maintenance of HIS/ other business applications at the hospital:.

- User Support and Training.

- Providing module training to the users.

- Providing User support (24x7) HRS.

- Problem escalation to internal implementation team and third parties as appropriate.

- Identifying and resolving HIS application issues.

- Generating Reports based on user requirements from front/back end.

- Writing User Manuals.

- Configuration of HIS.

- Providing Data setup training for new modules.

- Carry out data entry processes wherever needed.

- Master Data management and maintenance.

- Contribute to HIS adoption.

- Assist Billing and front office users and/or internal team in enhancing the HIS usage.

- Execution and monitoring of unused features of existing clinical modules.

- Identify usability issues and try resolving them.

- HIS Implementation.

- Providing Inputs to the user- department for optimal use of various modules.

- Coordination with Vendor.

- Coordinating with vendor about any bugs within specified timeline.

Knowledge Transfer.

- Providing functional training to the peers as well as to end-users.

- Internal training for JCI audit preparation.

Release Deployment.

- Testing the product patches released by Vendor and track the issues till closure.

- Supporting the User Acceptance Testing for new features/functionalities added in HIS and related systems.

- Go-live support post deployment of new features.

- Writing Test Cases/Scenarios.

New Projects.

- Assist in documentation of project scope and artifacts.

- UAT of applications.

- Periodic review and sharing users' feedback with vendor.

Following Departmental Processes.

- Maintaining the tracker of issues reported on day to day.

- Maintaining approval records.

- Any other duties given by the reporting manager.

- Timely status reporting of assigned work.
