Position Name : Manager/Sr. Manager-HR
Qualification : (Full Time) PG Diploma/Degree with Specialization in HRM/Personnel Management/ Social Welfare/ Labour Welfare from a recognized institute
Experience : 5+ Years
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Support the effective implementation of the HRM strategy within the Business to ensure alignment with BU level strategy and organization goals.
- Manage effective implementation of HRM processes within the business operations to ensure the creation of an engaged workforce.
- Support the compliance to all industrial relations policies and requirements within the business.
- Management of human resources of the department to have an engaged, competent team and enable a working environment that drives high performance.
- Coordinate the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process for new employees.
- Address employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and provide guidance to resolve conflicts.
- Stay updated on labour laws and regulations to ensure the organization's HR practices are in compliance.
- Support the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
- Identify training needs and collaborate with managers to develop and implement training programs.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Utilize HRIS (Human Resources Information System) to generate reports and analyze HR metrics.
