Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Management:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and oversee HR policies.
- Manage talent acquisition and retention initiatives.
Employee Relations:
- Address conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
- Enhance employee morale through a positive work environment.
- Conduct feedback sessions and implement improvement plans.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Design competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Analyze salary trends and manage employee benefits.
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate development programs.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and make improvements.
Performance Management:
- Implement performance management systems and succession planning.
- Guide managers on performance-related issues.
Administrative Functions:
- Oversee office management, facilities, and vendor relations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Leadership and Team Management
- Lead and mentor HR and administrative teams.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare HR metrics reports and provide insights for decision-making.
Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate across departments to achieve organizational objectives.
- Serve as a liaison between employees and management.
- Compliance and Risk Management
- Ensure adherence to laws and company policies.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks.
Job Specification:
Experience: 5+ years at the Manager level in a manufacturing environment.
Qualification: Graduate; MBA preferred.
Target Company: Any manufacturing company, preferably USFDA approved.
