Senior Manager/Manager - Human Resources (Manufacturing)

Role & responsibilities

- Policy creation, re-engineering, and Process improvement.

- Continuously identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and eliminate redundancies, e.g: standardizing Overtime, Week off and Holiday pay-outs.

- Implement best practices and innovative solutions for HR operations.

- Talent Management

- Implementation and execution of Assessment development centres.

- Manage employee rotations and succession plans across supply chain functions.

- Retention of hi-po employees.

- Implementation and execution of long service awards.

- Execution of Performance Improvement Plans.

- Performance Appraisals and Incentives

- Support in Completing timely FY, mid-year and annual performance cycles for Ops functions.

- Performance based Incentive for LM, FC and GW.

Stakeholder Management:

- HRBP Scorecard and monthly performance dashboard for HRBP.

- Work closely with Business leaders to ensure seamless execution and deployment of people strategy across levels.

Qualification And Experience:

1. A master's degree in HR or a related field.

2. Strong understanding of HR principles, Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.

3. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various HR processes and tasks simultaneously.

4. The ability to identify and resolve HR-related issues and challenges effectively is important for maintaining a smoothly operating HR function.

5. Hands on experience with Ms Excel. Experience in Tabule/Python/SQl will be add on.
