- Experienced in managing employee lifecycle from an HR standpoint for growing business units in mid-sized/large organizations.
- Adept to handle day to day HR Operations with process improvement interventions.
- Ably support business as an HR partner through technological and non-technological interventions. Good working knowledge of HRIS tools.
- Learnt and driven important HR tools such as PMS, Manpower Planning & Bench Analysis, Talent Management etc.
- Understands the Rewards and Recognition mechanism and has demonstrated success in driving employee engagement initiatives.
- Experience in running Assessment/Development Centres for Middle Management.
- Exposure to Organization Development and Design projects on short term and long term basis.
Talent Acquisition
- Complete knowhow of recruitments in the BPO, IT, ITes & internet sectors having essayed multiple roles in Sourcing, Delivery, Recruitment Metrics, and Leadership Hiring
- Campus Lead experience for Management as well as Graduate Campuses.
Learning and Development (Training)
- Preparation of Training calendar and Training MISes, vis-a-vis Training Man Days, Training Cost etc.
- Prepare training modules, facilitate framework for forming training framework for a mid-sized organization.
- Internal Training experience for Behavioral trainings at the organization level.
