Senior Manager/Manager - Human Resource - Industrial Conglomerate

- You will be responsible to promote corporate values and enable business success through job design, recruitment, performance management, training & development, compensation, HR Information Systems, employment cycle changes, and talent management. Moreover, the incumbent will also ensure administration of day-to-day operations HR functions and duties.

The key responsibilities for this position holder shall be to :

- Support in development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy

- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital

- Support development and monitoring of overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization

- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues

- Manage the recruitment and selection process

- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance

- Maintain pay plan and benefits program

- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs

- Ensure legal compliance on HR issues

- Ensure HR Information Systems are running smoothly

Qualification, Experience & Skill Sets :

- MBA/ PGDM in Human Resources or MSW with 8-12 years of relevant experience in HR operations in a MNC organization or Leading Industrial Conglomerate having exposure to entire employee life cycle in an organization & Organisation Development

- Dynamic and self-motivated candidate

- Strong organizational, record-keeping, and documentation skills

- People oriented and results driven

- Knowledge of HR Information Systems

- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills

- In depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment with strong focus on results
