Lead strategic, high priority, projects across the various HR Shared Services sub functions and oversee effective and efficient execution of business projects. The incumbent would work very closely with business and IT teams to define problems and design solutions. S/he would be responsible for understanding the process flows and technical environment, to convert business requirements into detailed functional requirements.

Critical Skills:
- Excellent quantitative skills: strong analytical and problem-solving mindset

- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work in a cross functional environment
- Proficiency in MS Office: MS PowerPoint & MS Excel Skills (Vlookup, Hlookup, Pivot table, Power Query, logical formulas, etc.)
- Strong data management & MIS skills
- Good oral and written communication skills
Project Management skills:
- Knowledge of project management tools and techniques, experience with project co-ordination
- Ability to work with cross functional teams to define problems and design solutions
- Ability to manage project governance and timely report outs with leadership stakeholders
- A quick learner and a self-starter ready to take on challenging assignments
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Minimum qualifications: Undergraduate degree - Bachelor's / Graduation / Equivalent
Preferred qualification: Post graduation - Masters in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent
Relevant experience: 6+ years of relevant experience leading projects with cross-functional teams, working knowledge of basic HR processes and tool
