A part of the Human Resource team, responsible for managing the company's Human Resources Operations in a shared service model for all India employees. A hands-on, SME for the HR Operations Team and a Go-to person for the business stakeholders. 10+ years of experience with proven track record for managing HR service delivery as a lead /manager - responsible for day-to-day HR Operations for the complete employee lifecycle.
Key Accountabilities :
- Ensure process excellence in HR service delivery.
- Managing HR interventions like Performance management, appraisals, payroll, absence, insurances etc. - HR helpdesk management
- Ensure process governance and compliances and reporting against KPIs. - Responsible for HRIS / HR automations (sustain & optimise)
- Employee engagement initiatives like handling employee queries, R&R, Townhall, formal one on ones, HR connects, new hire induction, training sessions for new managers etc.
- Employee Communication, updated Company intranet, social media etc.
- Audit & Compliance of laid down HR processes and handling internal / external audits
- Maintaining & preparing various HR Reports & Dashboard
- Should have knowledge of Statutory Compliance & Labour Law
- Support in designing & formulating HR related Policies/SOPs and implementation.
- Identify and surface trends in both qualitative and quantitative data to help improve organisation health
- Analyze trends & metrics in partnership with HR peers to develop solutions; programs and policies
- Partners with leadership to align HR strategy to business strategy
- Vendor management , Supporting in Ad-hoc activities , Team Management , Mentoring and coaching new joiners in the team
Skills & Experience - Must Have :
10+ years of experience in HR Generalist role in IT and ITES with Team handling experience. Excellent written and oral command over English
- Experience in dealing with middle and higher-level management
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, Planning & Time management skills , Attention to and eye for detail
- Eagerness to learn - Pro-activeness and take initiatives to improve HR processes further, Should be proficient in Microsoft tools Advantageous, MBA in HR , Have worked on ERP/HCM
